Winter Storm 2008!

The Birmingham area shut down last night as folks braced themselves for Winter Storm 2008! We spent the night at Mimi and Granddaddy's because our power would be more likely to go out. The storm didn't arrive until morning but when it did, it dumped OVER ONE INCH of snow! The local news stations covered the storm all morning. No joke, from dawn until noon, all because of one inch of snow.

Penny Rose was prepared, as you see below. She's in her Hanna Andersson snow suit, with matching gloves and hat.
